All products ship from our factory warehouse in Coconut Creek, Florida.

Most orders ship within a one week time frame. During holiday time (October - December) a longer time frame may be required. If you need an order by a specific date, please not this on your order under Special Instructions. If the date is not attainable, customer service will contact you via email.

Returns

All Lemon Grass cartons should be opened within 5 days of receiving your order. We are proud to say that great care has gone in designing Lemon Grass soap and candle cartons so that our products reach you without the risk of damage. If by chance there are damaged or missing goods please report to Lemon Grass within the 5 day window so we may report it to UPS. Please save the original shipping and a UPS customer service representative will come to inspect it.
